Consultation

What to expect from your consultation

At LMC, we pride ourselves on providing the best patient care using the finest products with all consultations and treatments being performed by qualified doctors.

We will take a full medical history where we discuss any current and past medical problems, medications and allergies. We can therefore be certain that any treatment that we carry out will be safe. This is the opportunity for you to explain what treatments you are interested in and allows us to make suggestions too. The doctor will then examine the treatment areas.

We will discuss the procedure in detail, including side effects and potential complications, giving you ample opportunity to ask any questions that you may have. You will be required to sign a consent form after you have agreed and understood the treatments and your questions have been answered.

We will take several photographs of areas that are to be treated; this allows us to visualise the improvements made with treatments.

Only after this will the doctor performs the procedure. They begin by marking areas on your face using a non-permanent pen, ensuring that they only inject in areas that are safe to do so.

Once the procedure is completed, you will be given post-treatment care advice and offered a follow-up appointment within the next 3 weeks. This allows us to review the effects of the treatment and offer any top-ups if required.
